Please reach out 48-hours prior to your subscription renewal if you need assistance cancelling so we can ensure you’re taken care of before it renews again.
We don’t have extra credit packages available at this time.
However, if you find you run out of credits but want to purchase additional items you can upgrade your membership or use our monthly membership discount code.
If you like you certainly can. However, if you’re purchasing multiple memberships due to a lack of credits we encourage you to reach out to us a [email protected] and see if we can build a tier that works best for you.
The exact amount of products we release each month depends on the size and type of products that are being created. However, we aim to release at least 5 products per week. In February 2025, we released 33 products.
We released new products weekly. There isn’t a set day, but we email our list a couple of times per week to notify them and post them in our Facebook Group.
All credits expire in 40 days. This gives you a bit of extra time to spend your monthly credits (or save up for something a little bigger) if it’s a busy month!
